Job Responsibilities

• Manage all customer inquiries relating to ground handling, flight supervision, fuelling, catering, accommodation, group bookings, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns through social media and company websites.
• Conduct market research when necessary.
• Get involved in procurement and vendor relation activities to ensure FTS is the preferred solutions provider.
• Actively get involved in business development initiatives through thorough research.
• Handle last minute and/or critical ad hoc flight requests.
• Strong relationship and past working with regulatory authorities and stakeholders will be an advantage

Qualifications and Experience

• Fully completed Diploma or Degree in business management or aviation related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in airport operations or a similar role within the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, flight supervision and coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Skilled in interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical-thinking, analytical, and problem solving.
• Must have working knowledge in MS Office technology tools.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Must have the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at work.
